What a beautiful space. We don't have verandah's and porches much here in the U.K. Probably because of our unpredictable weather !!

I am a big fan of black and white (as you can se on my blog) but for some reason I think I would tire of this patio quickly, maybee it's just too many stripes...hmmm....

love the bold stripe on the ceiling--just opened our porch this weekend. I used a black and white ticking stripe and tried to add a little punch of color with lime green pillows but I wasn't in love with it. May the dark kelly is the way to go!

wow, you're right, that color combination is perfection. it softens the crisp black and white lines, bringing your eye back down to the ground, ,really fabulous also, how the ceiling and walls (and curtains) all continue. love that!
