Just hang in there Bella, you can never get over someone you love, you just get through it, whether it is by the minute, hour, day or week. I watched a lot of Crossing Over with John Edwards, it seemed to help me heal. Love, Heidi

I was strolling the blogging neighborhood and was compelled to take a path I'd not taken before. It lead me to your door. Sadly, I didn't realize you were in mourning. Please accept my condolences....your heart must be breaking. Since you were away, I did wander around your rooms {past posts} and lingered over happier days. I can tell that I like it here : ) I will come calling again, soon, when you are again receiving visitors. Much peace to you. xx P&H

Amanda you have been in my thoughts and I hope you are coping ok.
I know how hard it is to loose and let go of someone special, and that the months following the immediate grief and funeral are almost harder.

I really feel with you and hope you have many hands to hold close by. Just know that there are so many out here in the 'virtual world' who support and appreciate you.

Hang on in there. You're mother for sure is watching over you with a loving smile.

Big hugs,
Charlotta xx

Dear Amanda,
I do hope that you are feeling a little better and hope that you have many family members and friends around you for comfort and support as I'm sure you have.
Every new day will bring a little more comfort and you will start to remember all of the good times that you shared.
I know exactly how you are feeling and am thinking of you.

I just found your blog. My sincerest condolences. I never really knew my mother. She left me at six weeks old. I have no idea if she's still alive. With sadness comes memories, which shall sustain you. I do admire you your memories.

i read your post and could not NOT leave a message. i am so very sorry for your loss and reading your post made me get teary. she looks like a very lovely woman with a big smile and no doubt a big heart. i suffered a horrible loss last year and know a little of what you are feeling. somehow you will make it through - but for now, just focus on the awful journey you must face, learn a little more each moment about things that you loved and lost and keep smiling at your mums photos. take care, linda.

Hi, I only stumbled across your site today. Sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. No words can really mend your broken heart, only time will ease the pain. Remember your mother will always be with you.
I loved scrolling through your beautiful blog, and reading about happier times - I'm sure your mother new the happiness you bring to others with your images and words. When you are ready to return, I will be sure to visit often. Michelle

Am thinking especially of you today, Amanda - your first Mother's Day without your beautiful Mum. She was one in a million. I lost my dear Mum 3 weeks before Mother's Day in 2001. Was a very hard time - I missed her so much. Mothers & Grandmothers are so very special - the world is a better place for them being here. Can I say to one and all - appreciate your Mums while they are with you, and tell them you love them. Warm hugs. xxooxx
